By extending poses for 5 to 10 breath cycles, we shift the focus from momentum to muscle engagement, allowing you to fine-tune your alignment and harness the true power of the breath. This method bridges the gap between the "fire" of a fast flow and the "discipline" of Hatha, building the foundational strength and flexibility necessary for a lifelong practice.
