Mindfulness Monday

A sweet and steady flow with a focus on principles of anatomy, rooted in the union of breath and movement. Students will learn tools and techniques to maintain healthy, full range of motion in the asanas (postures) while connecting to the body, mind, and heart.

We’ll round out the practice with restful postures, meditation and/or an extended savasana.
